Connie has been in the education world for 27 years. She as both her BA and MA from the University of Iowa. She was a 4th grade and kindergarten teacher for 14 years and just finished her 13th year as teacher librarian at Lucas Elementary in Iowa City. Developing the school library collection to reflect diverse people and include diverse experiences has become a passion of hers, so she is eager to share what she's learned with you!
